    • Online : Munhwa Nuri Card Homepage ((www.mnuri.kr) → Issue Card (Over 14, Apply after authentication with accredited certificate/cell phone)
    • Telephone (ARS) Recharging : 1544-3412 (Over 14, Requires a cell phone registered under own name)
    Use information
    • Issuance Period : February 1st, 2021 ~ November 30, 2021
    • Usage Period : Card Issuance Date ~ December 31 (Unused amount disappears automatically and it cannot be carried forward to next year or exchanged in cash)
